A former Olympian turned holistic health coach on a mission to help women lose weight and keep it off, in a way that is sustainable and gentle. I wrote for Lauren for a year, composing email funnels, newsletters and social media content. We also did a total rebrand for Lauren, carving out her brand voice and identity, including an entire website overhaul that I project managed in addition to composing all the copy.
